This course consists of practical lessons designed to improve participants' conversational skills, pronunciation and grammar in daily conversations and academic discussions. The conversation course is especially useful for those who find it difficult to express themselves fluently and spontaneously in a foreign language.

About the course

In the classroom, participants will receive a controversial article or topic that can be discussed further with friends or colleagues outside the classroom. In some lessons, authentic video- and listening tasks are used to address current topics in the Norwegian community debate. Participants get a good insight into what is happening and discussed in different arenas in Norwegian society. In addition, they should practice formulating, expressing and justifying their views. Themes and articles are given in advance so that participants can prepare.
